308 hybridization oven is designed to process nucleic acid and protein blotted membranes. The 308 has a single set point temperature controller with precise microprocessor-based PID temperature control from 5C above ambient to 99C in 1C increments. Forced air circulation maintains temperature uniformity of ±0.5C. Adjustable solid state rotisserie speed control from 0 to 20 rpm. Actual temperature and set points digitally displayed. Through-door viewing of hybridization tubes without disturbing chamber atmosphere. Chamber holds ten 38x300mm or twenty 38x150mm hybridization tubes
