Venturimeters & orificemeters are used to measure the flow of the fluid. The apparatus enables us to find out the Cd of these meters. Water is circulated with the help of a monoblock pump. The gate valve at the end of the pipes is used to adjust the flow through the meters. The measuring tank is used to measure the flow or water.

(a) Venturimeters of inlet 21.5 & throat 15 mm.
(b) Orificemeters of dia 14 mm.
[2] Sump tank, supply lank and measuring tank / a Calibrated Water Flow Meter.
[3] 1/2 HP Monoblock pump for independent recirculation or water.
