Four Stroke Petrol Engine The air-cooled
four-stroke petrol engine is securely mounted on a base plate. This unit
is fitted in the test stand and bolted into place. Guides are provided
to allow easy and precise alignment of the engine. It is connected to
the brake unit using an elastic claw coupling. The engine is set up so
that the intake pressure can be measured. It also contains a sensor to
measure the exhaust gas temperature, which is connected to the control
cabinet. The fuel supply hose has a self-sealing quick-release coupling.
