Full Specification ( Reynoulds Apparatus ):
Reynolds Apparatus is used to find the Reynolds no. of flow of water through a glass I acrylic pipe of known Gross section. An arrangement is made in the tank to let non dissolving ink along with water so that it flows with the water throughout the length of the pipe. The type of the flow viz. Laminar or Turbulent can be visualized from the surface of the pipe. The measuring cylinder measures the water, which comes out from the tube.
SPECIFICATIONS:
[1] Glass/Acrylic Pipe of approximately 25mm I.D. and 0.6 m length.
[2] Non dissolving ink tank with discharging arrangement.
[3] A measuring cylinder to measure the flow of water.
[4] Sump tank with a FHP pump mounted on the tank for re-circulation of water.
A technical manual accompanies the unit. The equipment will be colored with an attractive and anticorrosive powder coating.
